By registering for any JoshRun challenge or creating an account on joshrun.com / joshrun.in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of the Event

All JoshRun challenges are virtual events. You complete the activity on your own — anywhere, anytime — and upload proof to claim your reward. There is no on-ground race, no venue, no timing chip.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to anyone medically fit for the chosen activity. You participate entirely at your own risk. Please consult a doctor before undertaking any strenuous activity. JoshRun is not liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss or damage arising from participation.

3. Proof Submission & Validity

After finishing your activity, you must upload valid proof from a recognised tracking app or device (Strava, Google Fit, Apple Health, Garmin, smartwatch screenshot, etc.).

• Proof must be genuine and belong to you. It must clearly show distance/steps, date, and activity type.
• Fake, edited, AI-generated, duplicated or manipulated proofs will be rejected and the registration will be marked invalid. In such cases the participant will not receive a certificate, medal or refund.
• JoshRun reserves the absolute right to reject any proof that appears suspicious, at its sole discretion. Repeated fraudulent submissions may lead to a permanent ban from the platform.
• Proof must be uploaded within the event window / your challenge deadline. Late uploads may not be accepted.

4. Rewards & Delivery

• E-certificates are delivered digitally after proof approval.
• Wooden medals and t-shirts (where applicable) are shipped free across India, generally within 7–14 days of proof approval, unless the event page states an event-end shipping window (e.g. Kargil Vijay Diwas).
• Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are correct. Re-shipping due to wrong address is chargeable to the participant.

5. Personalised Products

For personalised medals (Birthday Special, name-engraved medals, etc.), the name, photo or other custom details you provide will be printed / engraved as submitted. JoshRun is not responsible for spelling, image quality or content errors in the data you submit.

6. Account & Login

Your registered email is your username. For accounts created during challenge registration, your mobile number is used as your default password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Do not share your login with anyone.

7. Fair Play

JoshRun is built on discipline and honesty. Cheating, impersonation, using someone else's activity data, or misrepresenting yourself will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any medal / certificate / payment.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, medal designs, certificate templates, photography and content on JoshRun are the property of JoshRun. You may not reproduce, resell or commercially reuse them without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoshRun's total liability towards you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific challenge in question.

10. CHANGES

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version on this page always applies.
